3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 36ji platform. 3.2 Accurate Information. 4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 36ji reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

6.1 Binding Results. The outcome of any game or bet placed on 36ji, as recorded by the platform's system, is final and binding. In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the 36ji server, the server record shall prevail.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your 36ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any real-money balance may be withdrawn subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
